17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, or termination, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Bevatel from seeking urgent or injunctive relief before any competent judicial authority where necessary to protect its rights or data.
